Digital labelling – what lessons can we learn from New Zealand?
New Zealand is conducting a restricted trial of digital food labelling to be used as an alternative to physical printed labels. This article addresses some of the limitations of the trial, as well as lessons for businesses to take advantage of digital systems and labelling.
