Getting ready for mandatory health star ratings

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has started work to make the Health Star Rating labelling of foods be mandatory for food products sold in Australia and New Zealand. This article addresses some of the main issues with the voluntary HSR scheme that will need to be overcome before it can be applied to all products, and highlights the steps that food businesses should take to be prepared for any labelling change.
