2018 ACCC Enforcement Priorities
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) latest enforcement priorities were released on 20 February 2018. This article compares this year’s priorities with those from 2017 and also explores how these enforcement priorities may or may not impact the food industry, particularly in light of the Federal Court case against Heinz and the new country of origin labelling laws which will be mandatory on 1 July 2018.
