In the September 2015 edition of FoodLegal Bulletin, Patrick Noyelle discussed the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement (TTMRA) which allows imported products which meet the New Zealand Dietary Supplements Regulations 1985 (NZ Dietary Supplements Regulations) to enter Australia without further regulation. The September article examined the legal developments which reduced the number of food type dietary supplements coming into Australia under the NZ Dietary Supplements Regulations.
