We will provide you with the essentials on the Trade Practices Act issues for different food product and production claims, such as the use of “natural”, “preservative free”, “no artificial” and “superfood”, and legal preconditions for claims in relation to vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, omega fatty acids, probiotics, and more.

RELATIONSHIP OF DIFFERENT LAWS:
We explain the relationship between the Trade Practices Act and the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, focusing particularly on how various different types of nutrition claims can affect how your product is to be manufactured or labelled.
