Healthier Food, Trends and Policies
Held on Tuesday 23 February 2010 in Sydney at The Menzies Hotel, this Symposium looked into new Preventative Health trends and policies – including proposed law changes that will impact on food formation, and new food labelling and marketing changes and new restrictions. The half-day event gave the audience an insight into the expert views of leading medical and nutrition experts, regulatory negotiators and industry policy-setters.
