ANZFSC – Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code - a code that prescribes compositional, chemical, microbiological, labelling and other standards for all food offered for sale in Australia. The code was adopted by ANZFRMC, and made part of law in every State under a Model Food Act. FSANZ is responsible for making recommendations to ANZFRMC on any changes or amendments that should be made to the ANZFSC.
