Cancellation policy & substitutions

Substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty. FoodLegal reserves the right to cancel, alter the content and/or speakers in relation to the program. Paid registration fees will be fully refunded for a cancelled event. HOWEVER, cancellation by any registrant must be advised in writing (by email or fax) at least 10 working days prior to the event. Any cancellation made prior to Tuesday 27^th September 2011 will incur an administration fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total registration fee of $295.00. No refund will be given either if a delegate fails to attend of cancels within 10 working days prior to the event.
