On Friday 6 March 2009, FoodLegal personnel volunteered for a full day working at the Victorian Foodbank warehouse. FoodLegal urges other businesses to support Foodbank in achieving its vision of an Australia without hunger.

Foodbank is the largest hunger relief charity in Australia. Foodbank currently helps feed over 50,000 Australians every day who might otherwise go hungry. Foodbank was also the agency responsible for food distribution during the recent Victorian bushfire crisis.

The photo below shows three of our FoodLegal personalities (l to r) Sarah Courts, Alexandra Jannetto and Joe Lederman (Managing Principal) as volunteers at the Victorian Foodbank warehouse in Yarraville on 6 March 2009. FoodLegal strongly encourages Australian businesses to donate, contribute or volunteer where possible in order to ensure that those Australians who do not have enough to eat will not go hungry.
