Recent ACCC activity and food industry ramifications

This article reports on very recent developments and activities of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (‘the ACCC’) that have the potential to impact on food suppliers and producers, namely: proposed amendments to the Water Charge Rules and to the Horticultural Code of Conduct as well as 3 recent legal actions initiated by the ACCC against different private companies.
